Ingredients

6 Corn cobs

100 milliliters of Milk

3 tablespoons of Melted margarine

½ teaspoon of Salt

½ cup of Sugar

¼ cup of Wheat flour

Preparation

Step 1 : Remove the husks from the corn and clean it completely.

Step 2 : Then, stand the cobs upright and de-kernel them with a sharp knife.

Step 3 : Blend half of the kernels with half of the milk until you obtain a smooth mixture.

Step 4 : Repeat the process with the remaining kernels and milk.

Step 5 : Next, pour the mixture into a bowl and add the margarine, salt, sugar, and half of the flour, mixing well.

Step 6 : Add the remaining flour until achieving a thick consistency.

Step 7 : In a skillet with hot oil, pour a portion of the batter and cook until golden on both sides.
