Ingredients

4 Hard-boiled eggs

1 Bundle of spinach

2 tablespoons of Cream cheese

1 tablespoon of Grated cheese

1 pinch of Salt

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1 : The spinach is cleaned by removing the stems and roots, washed with plenty of water, and placed in a pot with boiling water for 1 minute.

Step 2 : Then, it is immersed in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.

Step 3 : The hard-boiled eggs are cut in half, the yolks removed, and mixed with the drained and finely chopped spinach.

Step 4 : To this mixture, grated cheese and salt are added; then a little olive oil and a few drops of lemon juice are poured in.

Step 5 : Cream cheese is also added, and everything is mixed well.

Step 6 : This mixture is used to fill the reserved egg white halves, which can be decorated with parsley leaves.
