Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Yellow butter

2 tablespoons of Flour

2 cups of Whole milk

2 cups of Lactose-free skim milk

1 cup of Grated mozzarella cheese

1 cup of Grated gouda cheese

½ cup of Parmesan cheese

4 cups of Spinach leaves

2 tablespoons of Ground garlic

4 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 cup of Finely chopped artichokes

1 Baguette bread

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, start by melting the Yellow Butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2 : Then, add the flour and mix until incorporated, cooking for 2 minutes.

Step 3 : Next, add the milks gradually, stirring constantly, and cook for 5 minutes.
