Spicy Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

1 kilogram of Large fresh shrimps

1 Red chili

1 Green chili

Wooden skewers

1 tablespoon of Powdered garlic

1 tablespoon of Powdered onion

2 tablespoons of Spicy chili powder

1 tablespoon of Sweet chili powder

1 teaspoon of Ground cumin

½ tablespoon of Dried oregano

1 tablespoon of Ground black pepper

1 pinch of Salt

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the prawns and remove the central vein with a sharp knife.

Step 2 : Refrigerate.

Step 3 : Cut the chili into squares.

Step 4 : Soak the skewers in water for a few minutes and then remove the prawns to assemble the skewers, alternating prawns and chilies.

Step 5 : Place them on a tray.

Step 6 : In a bowl, add and mix all the ingredients except the oil.

Step 7 : Heat the grill and brush the skewers on both sides with the spice mixture.

Step 8 : Once the grill is hot, cook the skewers for 3 minutes on each side and brush with olive oil.

Step 9 : When the shrimp are pink, they are ready to enjoy.
