Ingredients

1 pound of Shelled snails

2 Avocados

2 Tomatoes

1 Green chili

1 Red onion

1 Medium cucumber

¼ cup of Finely chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

20 milliliters of Lemon juice

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by softening the snail with a mallet.

Step 2 : Then, simmer on low heat for 25 minutes in water, and cut into julienne strips.

Step 3 : Next, chop all ingredients into julienne strips.

Step 4 : Place all chopped ingredients in a bowl and add cilantro, olive oil, and lemon juice.

Step 5 : Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and stir everything until well combined.

Step 6 : Finally, refrigerate the preparation for one hour before serving, so that all the flavors meld properly.
