Ingredients

1 ½ pound of Shrimp

Juice of one lemon

¼ cup of Tamarind juice

1 tablespoon of Yellow butter

1 tablespoon of Ground garlic

d cup of Finely chopped red onion

1 cup of Grated cream cheese

1 cup of Julienned beetroot

3 cups of Spinach leaves

d cup of Olive oil

d cup of Halved cherry tomatoes

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the shrimp with lemon, tamarind juice, ground garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 2 : Then, cook in a skillet with yellow butter and a drizzle of olive oil.

Step 3 : To serve, place spinach leaves on the plate, topped with cooked shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cream cheese, red onion, and beetroot.

Step 4 : Add a pinch of salt, pepper, olive oil, and finish with lemon wedges.
