Ingredients

12 Rolls

½ cup of Grated cheese

½ pound of Clean shrimp

2 tablespoons of Chopped yellow onion

2 tablespoons of Chopped tomato

2 tablespoons of Chopped green chili

1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro

Juice of one fresh lime

2 tablespoons of Cream

1 tablespoon of Orange juice

3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The rolls are split in the middle without cutting them all the way through.

Step 2 : The shrimp are cooked in a pot with boiling water and a pinch of salt for a maximum of 1 minute.

Step 3 : Then they are removed from the water and rapidly cooled in ice water, drained, and chopped.

Step 4 : To prepare the filling, place the chopped shrimp in a bowl along with onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro.

Step 5 : Add freshly squeezed lime juice, cream, orange juice, and mayonnaise, mixing well until integrated.

Step 6 : Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 7 : Next, stuff the rolls with the prepared mixture and place the cheese on top.

Step 8 : Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes, until the cheese melts.

Step 9 : Once ready, serve and enjoy.
