Ingredients

2 cups of Arugula

1 cup of Spinach leaves

4 cups of Mixed lettuce

4 Avocados

1 cup of Mandarin segments

½ cup of Edam cheese flakes

½ cup of Fresh blueberries

1 cup of Chopped crispy bacon

1 cup of Cooked chickpeas

½ cup of Chopped nuts

½ cup of Olive oil

½ cup of Peach nectar

¼ cup of Balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon of Ground garlic

2 tablespoons of Honey

½ cup of Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the salad, mix the green leaves in a bowl and serve on a salad plate.

Step 2 : Then, cut the avocados into flakes and place them over the salad.

Step 3 : Next, add all the other ingredients on top of the salad.

Step 4 : For the dressing, put all ingredients in a blender and process until well combined.

Step 5 : Finally, season with a pinch of salt and serve the dressing over the salad.
