Ingredients

1 pound of Corn flour

2 teaspoons of Soda

1 tablespoon of Baking powder

Sugar to taste

6 Egg whites

2 Margarine sticks

½ pound of Cream butter

1 can of Evaporated milk

½ pound of Cottage cheese

½ pound of Parmesan cheese

3 Sesame seed packets

1 Baking dish

1 cup of Water

1 cup of Milk

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the corn flour with the soda and baking powder.

Step 2 : Then add the egg whites, butter, and evaporated milk, mixing everything until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.

Step 3 : Add the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, melted margarine, water, milk, and sugar.

Step 4 : Mix the mixture well.

Step 5 : Pour the mixture into a previously greased baking dish and bake at 175°C (347°F) for 55 minutes.

Step 6 : To check if it's cooked, insert a knife into the center and verify that it comes out clean.

Step 7 : Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool.

Step 8 : Then, cut into pieces to serve.
