Ingredients

2 Medium pumpkins

Olive oil

2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley

1 tablespoon of Chopped thyme

½ cup of Parmesan cheese

2 cups of Cream

3 Garlic cloves

½ cup of Chopped celery

½ cup of Basil leaves

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel and cut the pumpkins into sticks, then season with salt and olive oil before baking until golden.

Step 2 : Then, mix with Parmesan cheese and bake again until gratin.

Step 3 : For the dip, mix cream, garlic, celery, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a blender.

Step 4 : Serve this alongside the pumpkin sticks as a side.
