Ingredients

1 Chopped onion

½ Chopped chili

2 Chopped tomatoes

½ tablespoon of Ground oregano

1 pinch of Salt

2 pounds of Ground beef

2 Bay leaves

½ Chopped cabbage

20 milliliters of Lemon juice

4 Boiled sliced eggs

Grated fresh cheese

½ Butter bar

2 cups of Water

16 Fried mini tortillas

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a blender, blend half of the onion, chili, and tomato portions.

Step 2 : In a pot, place the meat and season with salt, pepper, bay leaves, and oregano, along with the previously blended mixture.

Step 3 : Mix well, then add water and butter, and cook for 25 minutes.

Step 4 : For the chismol, combine the remaining onion, chili, and tomato portions in a bowl, adding salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Step 5 : To serve, place the tortillas and then the meat, followed by the chismol and cabbage.

Step 6 : Finally, add a little grated cheese and a slice of boiled egg.
