Ingredients

2 pounds of Ground beef

4 Garlic cloves

½ Green chili

3 Cilantro sprigs

1 Onion

1 Egg

1 pinch of Cumin

1 cup of Breadcrumbs

1 pinch of Salt

Toothpicks

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, finely chop the onion, chili, cilantro, and garlic, then set aside.

Step 2 : Next, in a bowl, mix the ground meat with the chopped vegetables, cumin, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Then, add the lightly beaten egg and breadcrumbs to the mixture.

Step 4 : Form the meatballs and place them on a plate.

Step 5 : In a skillet with hot oil, fry the meatballs until they are golden brown.

Step 6 : Remove them from the skillet and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the meatballs with toothpicks so they can be dipped in the preferred sauce.
