Julienne Salad
Ingredients
5 Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
1 Pataste (Yucca or Cassava root)
4 Carrots
1 White onion
1 Green chili
½ Cilantro bunch
Preparation
Step 1 : The vegetables should be well washed before cutting.
Step 2 : Then, cut them into julienne strips and finely chop the cilantro.
Step 3 : The pataste and carrots are cooked for five minutes, then removed from heat and left to cool.
Step 4 : Once cooled, they are mixed with the rest of the vegetables.
Step 5 : Finally, add your preferred dressing.
