Ingredients
5 Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
1 Chayote
4 Carrots
1 White onion
1 Green chili
½ Cilantro sprig
Preparation
Step 1 : The vegetables should be washed thoroughly before being cut.
Step 2 : Then, they are cut into julienne strips and the cilantro is finely chopped.
Step 3 : The chayote and carrots are cooked for five minutes, then removed from heat and allowed to cool.
Step 4 : Once cold, they are mixed with the rest of the vegetables.
Step 5 : Finally, add your preferred dressing.
