Ingredients

6 Corn tortillas

200 grams of Grated fresh cheese

1 cup of Refried beans

1 Ripe avocado, sliced thinly

1 cup of Homemade tomato sauce

½ cup of Sour cream

1 Chopped red onion

1 Chopped green chili (optional)

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the quesadillas, spread refried beans on a tortilla and place the slices of avocado.

Step 2 : Then, add grated fresh cheese, red onion, green chili, and tomato sauce.

Step 3 : Place another tortilla on top and press lightly.

Step 4 : Cook the quesadillas in a hot skillet until golden on both sides.

Step 5 : Once ready, serve accompanied by sour cream and enjoy.
