½ cup of Chard
2 cups of Mixed lettuce
½ cup of Chopped celery
½ cup of Cherry tomato
2 Avocado
1 cup of Cooked and shredded chicken breast

1 cup of Cream cheese, cubed
1 cup of Gouda cheese with cumin, grated
