Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
2 pounds of Shrimp
4 Garlic cloves
1 Garlic sauce jar
½ Margarine stick
1 pinch of Salt
1 Cilantro bunch
2 Large lemons
2 Spice bags
1 tablespoon of Creamy butter
White wine
1 pinch of Pepper
Olive oil
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, place a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the previously chopped garlic.
Step 2 : Then, add the cleaned and washed shrimp, and sauté with the garlic over low heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 3 : Add the half stick of margarine and let it melt completely.
Step 4 : Next, pour the white wine over the shrimp to prevent sticking or burning, as well as to enhance flavor, and stir over low heat.
Step 5 : Add a pinch of salt and the spices.
Step 6 : When the shrimp are almost ready, add the tablespoon of creamy butter, chop the cilantro, and add to the shrimp.
Step 7 : Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
Step 8 : Once ready, serve and enjoy the dish.
