Ingredients

10 Tortillas

1 Finely julienned chopped cabbage

1 pound of Ground pork or beef

4 Crushed garlic cloves

4 Large diced tomatoes

1 Large diced onion

1 Chopped green chili

4 Chopped boiled eggs

½ pound of Grated Parmesan cheese

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, add oil and sauté the meat along with the onion, garlic, green chili, and tomatoes.

Step 2 : Season with salt and pepper to taste, and let cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Step 3 : In another skillet, add oil and fry the tortillas until golden brown.

Step 4 : Once ready, place them on a plate and top each with the seasoned meat, julienned cabbage, and chopped eggs.

Step 5 : Finally, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and it will be ready to serve.
