Ingredients

10 Tortillas

1 Head of finely julienned cabbage

1 pound of Ground pork or beef

4 Crushed garlic cloves

4 Large diced tomatoes

1 Large chopped onion

1 Chopped green chili

4 Cooked diced eggs

½ pound of Grated parmesan cheese

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, add oil and sauté the meat along with onion, garlic, green chili, and tomatoes.

Step 2 : Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.

Step 3 : In another skillet, add oil and fry the tortillas until golden.

Step 4 : Once ready, place the meat in sauce, julienned cabbage, and diced eggs on top of each tortilla.

Step 5 : Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
