Corn Tamalito
Ingredients
10 Whole or shelled corn
1 liter of Milk
½ Butter
Frying oil
1 pinch of Salt
Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by scraping the corn into a large bowl and then process it in a mill to achieve a paste-like consistency.
Step 2 : Add salt, sugar, and margarine to the mixture, then gradually add milk until reaching a semi-liquid consistency.
Step 3 : Fill the tins with the mixture, ensuring they do not overflow.
Step 4 : Place the tamalitos in a pot, positioning them vertically.
Step 5 : Cover the remaining space with tins, add water, cover, and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 6 : Finally, serve with butter or cheese.
