Corn Riguas
Ingredients
5 Corn
1 pinch of Salt
2 tablespoons of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Melted margarine
1 cup of Milk
Banana leaves
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, the corn should be husked into a large bowl and then ground in a mill until a mushy consistency is achieved.
Step 2 : Next, add salt, sugar, and margarine to the mixture, then gradually incorporate small amounts of milk until reaching a semi-liquid consistency.
Step 3 : Afterwards, heat a griddle or pan, and place banana leaves on it.
Step 4 : Then, pour small portions of the mixture onto the banana leaves and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
