Ingredients

1 pound of Fresh conchs without shells

2 Avocados

2 Tomatoes

1 Green chili

1 Red onion

1 Medium cucumber

¼ cup of Finely chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon of Olive oil

20 milliliters of Lemon juice

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by tenderizing the conch with a mallet.

Step 2 : Then, boil it over low heat for 25 minutes in water and cut it into julienne strips.

Step 3 : Next, dice all the ingredients into julienne strips.

Step 4 : Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl and add cilantro, oil, and lemon juice.

Step 5 : Season the mixture with salt and pepper, and mix everything evenly.

Step 6 : Finally, it is recommended to refrigerate the preparation for one hour before serving so that all the flavors meld properly.
