Conch Ceviche
Ingredients

1 pound of Chopped conchs
50 milliliters of Lemon juice
1 Medium onion
2 Tomatoes
1 Sweet green chili
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
½ cup of Finely chopped cilantro
Saltines or tortillas for serving
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, start by gently crushing the conch pieces with a mallet.
Step 2 : Then, add the lemon juice and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3 : In a bowl, combine the conch, onion, chili, cilantro, and tomato, and mix well.
Step 4 : Continue mixing while seasoning with salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
Step 5 : Finally, serve in small bowls accompanied by saltines or tortillas.
