Ingredients

Conch Ceviche

1 pound of Chopped conchs

50 milliliters of Lemon juice

1 Medium onion

2 Tomatoes

1 Sweet green chili

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

½ cup of Finely chopped cilantro

Saltines or tortillas for serving

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation (simple version)
