Cocktail of Curiles
Ingredients
3 Dozens of curiles
1 Onion
1 Green sweet chili
2 Tomatoes
2 Peeled garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of Chili powder
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
40 milliliters of Lemon juice
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the curiles and open them with a sharp knife.
Step 2 : Place the blood in a glass container.
Step 3 : Remove the mollusk from the shell, clean it, and cut into small pieces.
Step 4 : Then, add the curiles to the container with the blood.
Step 5 : Finely chop the onion, chilies, tomatoes, and garlic, and add them to the container along with the curiles.
Step 6 : Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 7 : Finally, serve the cocktail accompanied by saltine crackers.
