Clam Ceviche
Ingredients
1 pound of Fresh clams
1 Chopped red onion
3 Chopped tomatoes
1 Chopped green pepper
1 A handful of chopped cilantro
1 cup of Lemon juice
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The fresh clams are thoroughly washed and cut into small cubes.
