Ingredients

2 Chicken breasts

1 teaspoon of Olive oil

1 Bouillon powder (for flavor and color)

1 teaspoon of Olive oil

3 Eggs

4 Flour tortillas

1 Avocado

1 cup of Fresh cheese

1 cup of Mashed refried beans

4 tablespoons of Sour cream

Water

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a saucepan, combine enough water with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : Add the chicken breasts and cook until well done.

Step 3 : Once cooled, shred the chicken breasts.

Step 4 : In a skillet over medium heat, pour in oil, add the shredded chicken, bouillon powder, and a couple of tablespoons of the cooking water.

Step 5 : Sauté until the chicken is golden, then set aside.

Step 6 : In a bowl, beat the eggs well.

Step 7 : In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook the eggs to your desired consistency.

Step 8 : Set aside.

Step 9 : To assemble the tortilla, layer refried beans, then fresh cheese, sliced avocado, shredded chicken, and finally the scrambled eggs.

Step 10 : Finish with a dollop of sour cream.

Step 11 : Serve and enjoy.
