1 Bag of white pita bread
2 tablespoons of Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of Lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Dill
4 Medium carrots
4 Cucumbers
2 pounds of Cream cheese
1 cup of Aged gouda cheese
1 cup of Aged edam cheese
1 pound of Pasteurized cream
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
