Ingredients
3 cups of Rice
1 pound of Liver
3 Garlic cloves
5 Oranges
2 Green chiles
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 Celery stalk
200 grams of Margarine
2 teaspoons of Paprika
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1 Basil stalk
1 Cilantro bunch
1 pinch of Oregano
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Wash the liver and giblets with water, orange juice, and salt.
Step 2 : Then, place the giblets in a pot and cook for about 45 minutes.
Step 3 : Remove and cut the liver into small pieces.
Step 4 : Finely chop the vegetables and heat them with margarine in a pot.
Step 5 : Add the chopped vegetables and cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 6 : Add some of the cooking broth, salt, paprika, beef bouillon, basil, and oregano.
Step 7 : Let it cook until it reduces, about 5 more minutes.
