Ingredients

1 pound of Shrimp

1 pound of Skinless and boneless fish

½ cup of Lemon juice

1 Large onion, julienned

2 Garlic cloves, chopped into small cubes

½ Red sweet chili, julienned

½ Green sweet chili, julienned

1 Large ripe tomato, diced

1 tablespoon of Soy sauce

Salt and pepper

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, cut the fish into cubes and peel the shrimp, cutting them lengthwise and removing the vein.

Step 2 : In a container, place the chopped fish and shrimp, add lemon juice, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Step 3 : Then, drain the marinade liquid.

Step 4 : Incorporate into the fish and shrimp mixture the onion, garlic cloves, tomatoes, red chili, green chili, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5 : Mix well and refrigerate until serving time.
