Ceviche
Ingredients
1 pound of Shrimp
1 pound of Boneless, skinless fish
½ cup of Lemon juice
1 Large onion, thin julienne slices
2 Cloves of garlic, chopped into small cubes
½ Red bell pepper, julienne slices
½ Green bell pepper, julienne slices
1 Ripe large tomato, diced
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
Salt and pepper
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, cut the fish into cubes and peel the shrimp, slicing them lengthwise and removing the vein.
Step 2 : In a container, place the chopped fish and shrimp, add lemon juice, and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Step 3 : Then, drain the marinade liquid.
Step 4 : Add to the fish and shrimp mixture the onion, garlic, tomatoes, red chili, green chili, soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5 : Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
