Ingredients

1 kilogram of Boneless chicken breast

12 Flour tortillas

1 Large red onion

1 Red bell pepper

1 tablespoon of Oil

½ kilogram of Quesillo cheese

1 Chicken broth cube

1 pinch of Salt

Lemon juice

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the chicken in a pot with water and a pinch of salt, cook until fully cooked, then remove and drain.

Step 2 : Once rested, chop into pieces.

Step 3 : Slice the bell pepper and red onion into julienne strips.

Step 4 : In a well-heated skillet with oil, sauté the vegetables for 1 minute.

Step 5 : Add the chicken, sprinkle with broth, season as desired, and cook until everything is golden, then remove from heat.

Step 6 : In another skillet with a bit of oil, place a tortilla, add chicken with vegetables and cheese to taste, a bit of lemon juice, and cover with another tortilla.

Step 7 : After one minute, carefully flip the ginga and let it brown well.
