4 Flour tortillas

3 Eggs

1 tablespoon of Yellow butter

4 Cheddar cheese slices

½ cup of Refried beans

6 Cream cheese sticks

4 Escarole lettuce leaves

4 Ham slices

1 Avocado

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious burrito, place two tortillas on top of each other, overlapping at the edge, if the tortilla is small.

Step 2 : Lightly moisten the edge with a little water to help the tortillas adhere properly.

Step 3 : Then, beat the eggs to prepare scrambled eggs.

Step 4 : Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the beaten eggs, stirring and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 5 : Arrange the ingredients on the tortillas starting from the bottom edge, placing them side by side: lettuce, eggs, refried beans, cream cheese, ham, avocado, and cheddar cheese.

Step 6 : Ensure that the ingredients are centered.

Step 7 : To wrap the burrito, fold the side edges of the tortillas toward the center, then start rolling from the bottom to form the burrito shape.

Step 8 : Moisten the end with a little water to seal the wrap.

Step 9 : Place the burrito on a griddle or skillet and brown the tortilla without oil over medium heat, starting from the sealed side.

Step 10 : Finally, cut each burrito in half and serve.
