Ingredients

1 pound of Cooked cassava

1 pinch of Salt

1 cup of Cheese

2 Eggs

1 ½ cup of Wheat flour

1 cup of Breadcrumbs

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Mash the cassava until it forms a puree.

Step 2 : Then, add salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Cut the cheese into medium cubes.

Step 4 : Take 2 tablespoons of the cassava puree and wrap each cheese cube to form a sphere.

Step 5 : Repeat this process with all the puree.

Step 6 : Dip each sphere in beaten egg, then in flour, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Step 7 : Once all the croquettes are ready, fry them in hot oil until golden.

Step 8 : Remove from oil, place on paper towels, and serve.
