Ingredients

1 Medium cabbage, julienned

2 Small carrots, grated

1 Small onion, sliced

½ teaspoon of Spicy red chili

½ teaspoon of Oregano

1 teaspoon of Olive oil

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Brown sugar

¼ cup of Vinegar

½ cup of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, add water and place the cabbage, boiling for 1 minute before draining all the water.

Step 2 : In a separate container, mix the cabbage with the grated carrot, onion, spicy red chili, olive oil, oregano, brown sugar, salt, vinegar, and water.

Step 3 : Once ready, the pickle is refrigerated for 2 hours to cool.

Step 4 : After this time, it is ready to serve.
