Ingredients

2 White bread

1 cup of Refried red beans

4 tablespoons of Cream

½ cup of Chopped cream cheese

2 tablespoons of Yellow butter

1 Diced avocado

2 Diced grilled chorizo

cup of Chopped onion

cup of Chopped tomato

¼ cup of Chopped green chili

1 teaspoon of Chopped cilantro

1 Lemon

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, cut the 2 bread loaves in half lengthwise and spread them with Yellow Butter.

Step 2 : Then, toast them until the butter melts.

Step 3 : Prepare a chismol by mixing onion, tomato, green chili, lemon juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : Once the bread is ready, place the refried beans, Cream Cheese, diced avocado, and grilled chorizo on top.

Step 5 : Finally, serve your dish with Cream.
