Beetroot and Celery Hummus
Ingredients
2 cups of Cubed beetroot
½ cup of Chopped celery
4 Garlic cloves
½ cup of Parmesan cheese
½ cup of Apple nectar
½ cup of Olive oil
2 tablespoons of Lemon juice
4 Pita bread
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a blender, combine the beetroot, celery, garlic, Parmesan cheese, apple nectar, and olive oil.
