Ingredients

24 Chicken wings cut in half

1 teaspoon of Mustard

1 teaspoon of Onion powder

1 teaspoon of Cumin powder

1 pinch of Salt

3 tablespoons of Soy sauce

1 ½ tablespoon of Sesame oil

3 tablespoons of Honey

6 Finely chopped garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of Grated ginger

2 teaspoons of Toasted sesame seeds

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first cut off the tips of the wings and place them in a dish.

Step 2 : Add the mustard, cumin, onion powder, salt and pepper, and mix well.

Step 3 : Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4 : Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Step 5 : On a baking tray, place the wings side by side and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 6 : While the wings are in the oven, in a bowl mix the soy sauce, oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.

Step 7 : After 30 minutes, remove the wings from the oven and using a brush, coat them with the prepared sauce.

Step 8 : Return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.

Step 9 : Remove the tray, brush the wings with the remaining sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Step 10 : Bake again for 10 minutes.

Step 11 : Finally, remove from the oven, let rest, and serve.

Step 12 : Enjoy your meal!
